If you are planning to arrive in Ischia earlier than 9 July 2024 or leave later than 12 July 2024, please contact the Conference Secretariat at info.cirpicme@unina.it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hotel room reservations will be accepted only if the Hotel Reservation Form is completely filled with all the required data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Early hotel reservations are strongly recommended due to peak season in Ischia during the conference period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Hotel Rates<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hotel rates are in Euro (EUR) per room per night, breakfast, internet Wi-Fi, and VAT taxes included; city tax 3.00 Euro per person per day is not included. All rooms come with bath and are air-conditioned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hotel Category: 4 Stars Hotel<br>Twin\/Double room single use &#8211; 1 person: \u20ac 145<br>Twin\/Double room standard &#8211; 2 persons: \u20ac 220<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Hotel Reservation Procedure<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please, complete the online Hotel Reservation Form (available <a href=\"https:\/\/cirpicme.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/CIRP-ICME-2024-Hotel-Reservation-Form.pdf\">here<\/a>) and submit it in pdf format via the online submission system no later than June 10, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reservations made after June 10, 2024, will be subject to availability and special Conference rates cannot be guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>General Conditions for Hotel Reservation<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hotel cancellation before July 4, 2024, is free of charge.
