In order to mitigate the problem of inefficient mining and insufficient rules due to large and complex data of FSI and RMMS, we proposed an improved K-Means and Eclat Algorithm based association rules mining method. The improved K-Means algorithm is first employed for historical data clustering and dimension reduction. Then, the improved Eclat algorithm is adopted to mine association rules and save them into the base.
