In fact, the use of digital technologies and big data to ascertain the current status in real time has enabled faster decision making and more complex interactions among stakeholders. However, the design and operation of product\u00d0service systems (PSSs) are expected to become more complex as a result. Business models and regulations must adapt to these changes.
