The CIRP ICME ‘22 Virtual Conference is held from the morning of Wednesday, 13 July 2022, to the evening of Friday, 15 July 2022, on a fully internet based platform where all papers are presented through recorded video presentations and discussions take place through posted Q&A.
During the entire conference, all registered authors and attendees have on-demand full access to the videos of the paper presentations and can post their questions and comments below the video of each presentation. Presenting authors undertake to answer the questions and comments to their contributed presentation. The CIRP ICME ’22 Organizing Committee encourages all attendees to actively participate in the presentation discussions.
Upon uploading of the video presentations, the related authors are asked to grant a license agreement to the CIRP ICME ’22 Conference Organizing Committee (COC) conceding the following permissions:
- Handling and processing of any images, video and audio recordings, made during the CIRP ICME ’22 Virtual Conference, for their dissemination and proper preservation.
- Reproduction, distribution, broadcast and display of the images, video and audio recordings, on a non-exclusive basis, in any form or format, throughout the world and for any aim related to teaching, researching, or dissemination activities, including making them available to the public on the internet or in institutional repositories.
- The use of the images, video and audio recordings includes copying and redistributing them in any medium or format, giving appropriate credit to and naming the sources, and not using them for commercial purposes.
- The license is granted for the entire term of copyright protection of images, video and audio recordings and without any form of monetary compensation. The license agreement is automatically granted by the authors upon uploading of their video presentations in the Video Uploading Section the CIRP ICME ’22 Virtual Conference website (www.cirpicme.org).
CIRP ICME ’22 participants are not allowed to record or share any content of the Virtual Conference, including the video presentations. At the moment of their Registration, attendees automatically accept this restriction.
One registration fee payment per paper is requested by 20 June 2022 in order to have the video presentation included in the Technical Programme and the related paper published in the Scopus Indexed Procedia CIRP volume containing the CIRP ICME ‘22 Proceedings.
