Abstract
Bla.
Direct ink writing (DIW) is one of the most popular additive manufacturing (AM) techniques and deposited filament (DF) is one of the basic and critical elements in the process. Ink material properties have significant influence on DIW. However, influence of ink material properties on DF have not been fully studied. To address this barrier, in this paper, a three-dimensional (3D) numerical simulation model for DF was established through volume of fluid (VOF) method. And effect of ink material properties including viscosity properties and static contact angle on DF were studied based on the established numerical simulation model.
