Dear Mr. Mita, thank you for your presentation about Digital Courts. which seems to be quite a fascinating concept for product -service systems. Surely there are many real world issues to be confronted, as you mention in your presentation. One could be: how can the “Digital Court” organisation be made fully reliable in relation to the safe management of the deposits sent by the agents? Should this organisation be a public one or a private one?
Dear Prof Teti, thank you for your comment. I think that the organisation could be a public or private one, even when the blockchain which “Digital court” is deployed is a public chain. This is because that everyone can see the result of the amount of return if the blockchain is the public chain. Therefore, I think
it is not important which organisation conduct “Digital court”, but which blockchain is used.
However, recently blockchain service uses a private chain. So, as you point, there is many problem to implement “Digital court” in the society.
