Dear Prof. Takenaka,
thank you for your stimulating presentation dealing with IoT-based Product-Service Systems (PSS) in the perspective of Emergent Synthesis.
You consider the development of IoT-based PSS as a Class III problem where the environment keeps changing and the scope cannot be fully defined beforehand.
My question is: don’t you think that PSS development also without resorting to the IoT key enabling technology is in itself a Class III problem, if not in all cases at least in most cases?
Thank you!
