Hi Dimitri,
thank you for your interesting presentation. I have a question regarding the raw data. In your presentation 860×80 raw data were used. What does the raw data correspond to? Do they come from sensorial acquisitions?
Thank you for your question. On the one hand, our data comes from machine and mold sensors. During each injection molding cycle, various machine and process parameters are recorded.
These are, for example, temperatures, pressures, speeds or times of different components at different points in the cycle (machine and mold).
The quality parameters (weight and dimensions) are recorded via a scale and a camera. Each cycle is written in its own row. Each feature has its own column. Does that answer your question? If not, I can show you an example via Zoom/MS Teams.
Best regards,
Dimitri
