The comparison between simulated and measured cutting force components shown in the presentation is very effectively carried out. However, you indicate some relevant (and different) discrepancies in the case of the simulated and measured Fx and Fy values. Would you consider the utilisation of an alternative cutting force model, other than the Kienzle model, to verify whether it is the model that has some limitation for this application? This verification should have the advantage that you can use the same experimental results already obtained.
