Would you, please, provide list of materials that were tested using your methodology. Also, please, give some idea how do you adjust friction model to different materials.
Thanks.
Hello,
for the examinations and simulations the aluminum alloy Al6060 was investigated.
The friction model can be adjusted to different materials by friction examinations. Currently, a paper of mine is under review, where a high-speed deformation test was used to determine the friction coefficient in the tool-chip contact zone as a function of the occuring temperatures.
