Video preparation
Authors are required to pre-record their video presentations in MP4 format with maximum duration of 15 minutes and maximum size of 250 MB.
The template of the video presentation is available here. Presenting authors are recommended to include their photo in the dedicated space in the presentation slides. Each presenting author can easily make a video presentation by clicking through the PowerPoint slides and recording the presenter’s voice as audio track (the file must be saved in the MP4 format). Full Microsoft support can be found at: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/video-record-presentations-2570dff5-f81c-40bc-b404-e04e95ffab33
Video naming
Each video presentation will be named using the first name and surname of the presenting author of the related paper: e.g. Roberto_Teti.mp4.
Anyone who is the presenting author of more than one paper will name the video presentations in a numbered sequence: e.g. Roberto_Teti_1.mp4; Roberto_Teti_2.mp4; Roberto_Teti_3.mp4.
Video uploading
The video presentations will need to be uploaded here below by 3 July 2024. All videos will be checked for technical issues and to ensure there is no inappropriate content.
Upon uploading the video presentations, the related authors automatically grant to the CIRP ICME ’24 Conference Organizing Committee (COC) the following permissions:
