The Conference Organising Committee has made block reservation of hotel rooms at Hotel Continental Ischia (Conference Venue) for CIRP ICME ’24 participants with special room rates from 9 to 12 July 2024 (Conference days). If you are planning to arrive in Ischia earlier than 9 July 2024 or leave later than 12 July 2024, please contact the Conference Secretariat at info.cirpicme@unina.it.
Hotel room reservations will be accepted only if the Hotel Reservation Form is completely filled with all the required data.
Early hotel reservations are strongly recommended due to peak season in Ischia during the conference period.
Hotel Rates
Hotel rates are in Euro (EUR) per room per night, breakfast, internet Wi-Fi, and VAT taxes included; city tax 3.00 Euro per person per day is not included. All rooms come with bath and are air-conditioned.

Hotel Reservation Procedure
Please, complete the online Hotel Reservation Form (available here) and submit it in pdf format via the online submission system no later than June 10, 2024.
Reservations made after June 10, 2024, will be subject to availability and special Conference rates cannot be guaranteed.
General Conditions for Hotel Reservation
Hotel cancellation before July 4, 2024, is free of charge. In case of cancellation after July 4, 2024, or in case of no show, the cost of one night of hotel stay will be charged.
