The Conference Organising Committee has made block reservation of hotel rooms at Hotel Continental Ischia (Conference Venue) for CIRP ICME ’23 participants with special room rates from 11 to 14 July 2023 (Conference days). If you are planning to arrive in Ischia earlier than 11 July 2023 or leave later than 14 July 2023, please contact the Conference Secretariat at info.cirpicme@unina.it.
Hotel room reservations will be accepted only if the Hotel Reservation Form is completely filled with all the required data, including credit card information for guarantee (no charge will be applied in advance). Hotel fees will be paid directly to the hotel at check out on departure.
Early hotel reservations are strongly recommended due to peak season in Ischia during the conference period.
In case of hotel rooms sold out at Hotel Continental Ischia, accomodation at nearby hotels with same category will be proposed.
Hotel Rates
Hotel rates are in Euro (EUR) per room per night, breakfast, internet Wi-Fi, and VAT taxes included; city tax 3.00 Euro per person per day is not included. All rooms come with bath and are air-conditioned.

Please, complete the on-line Hotel Reservation Form (available here) and submit it in pdf format via the online submission system no later than May 31, 2023.
Reservations made after May 31, 2023, will be subject to availability and special Conference rates cannot be guaranteed.
General Conditions for Hotel Reservation
Hotel cancellation before May 31st, 2023, is free of charge. In case of cancellation after May 31st, 2023, or in case of no show the cost of one night of hotel stay will be charged.
